A first glimpse of Jenna Ortega and Natalie Portman in their new thriller has been unveiled, as it's confirmed that it will form part of the 2026 Sundance Film Festival. The Gallerist , which is directed by Cathy Yan, is an official selection for the prestigious Park City, Utah event and slated for late January.

The thriller is described as "wickedly fun" in the official Sundance synopsis , which promises "terrific performances by a stellar cast".

It reads: "Preparing for her Art Basel premiere, gallerist Polina Polinski (Natalie Portman) hosts an early look for art influencer Dalton Hardberry (Zach Galifianakis) to review emerging artist Stella Burgess (Da’Vine Joy Randolph).
