DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A third person has been arrested and charged in connection to a fatal shooting that happened in late November at a Davenport lounge.

Drake Austin Howard Sr., 27, is charged with accessory after the fact, according to court documents.

On Nov. 28, the Davenport Police Department responded to a report of multiple gunshots being fired in the parking lot of Chill Vibez Lounge, 114 N Myrtle Street, court documents state. There were a total of four victims as a result of the shooting, and two of these four were declared dead at the scene from gun shot wounds, which caused the start of a homicide investigation.

As a result of the investigation, Raymond Robinson , 21, and Danny Howard , 36, have both been charged with the following:

Two counts of first degree murd
