A town hall meeting to discuss Pulaski property value questions turned out like many town halls often do: those in authority trying to explain how the system works, and the public being more concerned about how the system is broken.

Around 40 people turned up to Tuesday’s town hall, held at the Pulaski County Public Library and called by Property Valuation Administrator Karen Strand.
