CONROE, Texas (KTRK) -- A Conroe municipal judge is back on the bench as he awaits his own day in court after a DWI arrest, Conroe officials tell ABC13.
According to authorities, 34-year-old Municipal Judge William Waggoner was arrested early Wednesday morning on McCowan Street in the City of Montgomery, accused of driving while intoxicated.
A representative for the City of Conroe said the city is aware of the judge's arrest. The officials also say that Waggoner is back at work on the bench.
