Having been fired as head coach of the Michigan Wolverines on Wednesday, Sherrone Moore has now reportedly been detained by police.
Moore was fired by the Wolverines for cause after an investigation revealed “credible evidence” that he engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a staff member.
Adding to the troubles, Moore has since been detained by cops in neighbouring Saline, per multiple reports, and was turned over to the Pittsfield Township police with potential criminal charges on the way.
No information on reason for detainment
Authorities have not released any information as to why Moore was detained.
Moore just completed his second year at the helm of the Wolverines, having guided the team to a 9-3 record in the regular season. His record was 18-8 overall, while serving
