Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, the brothers who owned the Birch by Romeo Lane club in Goa where a massive blaze killed 25 people on Saturday, have been detained in Thailand's Phuket. The duo had fled to the country on an IndiGo flight from Delhi barely five hours after the fire. A Look-Out Circular and an Interpol Blue Notice were issued against them later. According to sources, a Goa Police team will be travelling to Thailand to take custody of the brothers and bring them back to India for trial.
