With the 2025 field hockey season now over, NJ Advance Media is taking another look at the active and all-time leaders in coaching victories.

Today, the spotlight shines on active head coaches.

Many of them have been in charge of their respective programs for over 20 years and nearly a dozen currently have a top 50 spot on the all-time list.

Here are the top 25 leaders in active coaching wins at the conclusion of the 2025 season.
