MURRAY – Calloway County District Judge Randall Hutchens found probable cause Wednesday to bind a third-degree rape charge to a grand jury for possible indictment of a Murray woman accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy.

Sarah K. Roberts, 34, of Murray, was charged with third-degree rape after the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office investigated an alleged sexual assault that reportedly occurred on Sept. 14. She was lodged in the Calloway County Jail, but has since been released after posting a $10,000 cash bond.
