Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi addressed the 13th Employment Mela at OUAT’s Agriculture Auditorium and handed appointment letters to 591 candidates across three departments.

The Water Resources Department received 232 Assistant Executive Engineers, the Works Department 197, and the Housing and Urban Development Department 142. In addition, five Finance and Accounts Officers and 15 Planning Assistants joined government service. For the first time, the Odisha Public Service Commission selected engineers based on GATE scores.
