Bhubaneswar: Cold wave conditions are likely to prevail in Odisha for two more days, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed on Thursday.
Warning has been issued for Sundargarh, Angul, Jharsuguda, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, Dhenkanal, Kalahandi and Kandhamal districts till December 12 morning. Cold wave may continue to sweep isolated pockets over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda and Angul during the subsequent 24 hours. ADVERTISEMENT
The weather agency has also warned of dense fog at one or two places in Sundargarh and Koraput till December 13 morning. The night temperature is unlikely to witness any large change during the next 7 days, it added.
