John Engler, and brought forward other great leaders like my former boss Candice Miller during her time as Michigan Secretary of State, the U.S. House, and Macomb County Public Works Commissioner, who appealed to broad constituencies across the state with a pro-worker, pro-manufacturing, a strong military and secure borders platform ― an early Michigan and America First agenda.
