Amid ongoing trade tensions between India and the US, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday held a telephonic conversation with US President Donald Trump, during which the two leaders reviewed the progress of the Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership between Washington and New Delhi.

Both expressed satisfaction at the steady strengthening of bilateral cooperation across all domains.
