CINCINNATI —

We have a winter wallop coming our way: Two accumulating snows and then temperatures in the single digits. We may be even down to zero by Monday.

Clipper number one comes in Thursday night, likely after 11 p.m. We will start to see snow in the southwest and it expands northeast overnight.

Snow will continue through the morning rush on Friday. This brings around 1-3 inches or more of fluffy snow. Three or more inches of accumulations will be more common around and south of the Ohio River, and the I-71/I-75 split in northern Kentucky. While snowfall accumulation may be lower for some, the impacts remain the same, with a slick and slow commute expected Friday morning.

The next system rolls in Saturday afternoon and evening. Right now, the timeframe looks to be between 2 p.m.
