HAMILTON COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - As the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office takes on animal control for Hamilton County, it is implementing initiatives to combat animal cruelty.
The sheriff’s office wrote in a social post that they will be posting signs on properties where an animal crime case occurred to remind residents that law enforcement doesn’t tolerate neglect, abuse or cruelty.
“These new measures are laying the groundwork for stronger accountability and justice in all animal-related crimes,” the sheriff’s office wrote in a social post.
