LBC host Nick Ferrari shared his fury after discussing a recent court case relating to two teenage Afghan nationals seeking asylum in the UK who were given custodial sentences for the rape of a 15-year-old girl in Leamington Spa . He opened up the segment shared on TikTok to say that the migrants were given a birthday. He said: "They can't even attempt to tell us their birthday, we give them the birthday, the first of January.

"The elder of the two, who seems to have been the leader of the rape, will face being deported, but the younger of the two pleaded guilty one day before turning 17, makes him one day too young to qualify." Nick then fumed that the barrister suggested that the younger of the two should be able to make a life for himself in this country upon his release.
