Actor Jim Ward , best known for providing the voices of several characters on the Nickelodeon animated series The Fairly OddParents , has died at the age of 66, his wife, Janice , confirmed to TMZ .

Ward died of complications from advanced Alzheimer's at 10:45 a.m. local time at Silverado Beverly Place Memory Care in Los Angeles, where he was receiving treatment, according to his wife. Progressive radio host Stephanie Miller , who Ward worked with for 13 years as a co-host and announcer on The Stephanie Miller Show , also confirmed Ward's death in a post shared on her Instagram account Wednesday.
