FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WV News) — Pierpont Community and Technical College and West Virginia University at Parkersburg signed articulation agreements Thursday allowing certain Pierpont graduates to seamlessly transition to WVU Parkersburg's Child Development and Supervisory Management bachelor's programs.

Thanks to the agreements, Pierpont students who receive their A.A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education or their A.A.S. degree in Business can seamlessly transition into WVU Parkersburg's four-year programs, working to attain degrees without having to start from scratch.

Pierpont Community and Technical College President Dr. Michael Waide said the partnership is a wonderful way to ensure the continued education of West Virginia's students.
