DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — NYU TANDON School of Engineering on Thursday announced the launch of its Center for Robotics and Embodied Intelligence, establishing a major East Coast hub for robotics research and education. More than 70 NYU faculty, PhD students and post-doctoral researchers are working in 10,000 square feet of shared experimental spaces, including a 6,800-square-foot flagship facility on the ground floor of 370 Jay St. in Downtown Brooklyn, NYU said in a release.
