EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) -A clipper system will bring snow and snow/rain showers to portions of the Tri-State this evening. A coating is possible in the Evansville metro with 1-2″ possible northeast of the city in parts of Dubois, Pike, and Perry counties. Some slick spots may be possible, so use caution on the roads tonight and early Friday morning. The coldest air of the season rushes in over the weekend. Winds chill values will likely drop well below zero by Sunday morning.
For the rest of the afternoon, anticipate increasing cloud cover with temperatures ranging in the mid to upper 30s.
