SALT LAKE CITY – Sergei Bobrovsky reminded everyone why he is considered among the NHL’s elite net-minders, and may have surprised even himself on Wednesday night.
Bobrovsky’s otherworldly glove save denied what seemed like a sure goal for Utah Mammoth captain Clayton Keller.
Utah scored its third goal moments after the spectacular save, sending the game into a 3-3 tie entering the third period.

Leading 3-2 just over halfway through the second period, Nick Schmaltz created a takeaway that presented the Mammoth with an odd-man rush straight to the net.
Schmaltz controlled the puck deep into the offensive end, waiting until the last moment for a dump-off pass to Keller in front of the net.
