Sergio Ramos was linked with a Manchester United move during his time at Real Madrid and there have been reports of a shock swoop for the former Spain international
Spain legend Sergio Ramos has been linked with a shock move to Manchester United after leaving Mexico side Monterrey. It isn't the first time the 39-year-old has been mentioned in connection with an Old Trafford switch, though the latest rumours appear wide of the mark.
Ramos returned to boyhood club Sevilla in 2023 after spells with Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, but lasted just one season. He moved to Mexico for Monterrey's 2025 campaign, playing at the Club World Cup, but has left this month after not extending his contract.
If Ramos is to prolong his career, it's unclear where the next chapter will take place
