EDGERTON, Wis. (WMTV) - Petal, an adorable blind dairy goat from Edgerton, has died.

Her owners announced in a Facebook post that Petal died early Thursday morning, with her loved ones by her side.

"Not a day will go by that I won’t think of her spunky, loving, sweet self. Thank you for all of the love and support over the last few years."

WMTV’s Tim Elliott introduced Petal as the new “kid” on the block in Edgerton back in May 2022.

Petal was born without eyes, and used her other senses to navigate her environment.

The “Petal the blind goat” Facebook page has nearly 2,000 followers.

Rest in peace, Petal.
