The symptoms vary but any day now, you might have a Washoe County student come down with senioritis. The feeling tends to show up right around this time of year, as students start thinking about finals, college applications, summer jobs and the long list of decisions waiting for them after graduation.

Students at schools across the district, from Reno and Galena to McQueen, Reed and Damonte Ranch, are already looking ahead to the big day and planning what comes next.

With six months until there are thousands of new high school graduates, the countdown to the class of 2026 graduation ceremonies can officially begin.

Ceremonies run from June 2-15.
