MOORHEAD — A local college has expanded its online cannabis career offerings through a partnership with Green Flower, a national leader in cannabis education.
Minnesota State Community and Technical College launched three new options to its original three certificate programs, doubling the number of cannabis programs available to students, the college said in a news release.
M State became the first two-year college in outstate Minnesota to offer cannabis education when it partnered with Green Flower in 2024.
The initial programs in cannabis cultivation, retail, and extraction and product development proved popular, with consistently strong enrollment numbers, the college said.
Three new certificates have been added: Cannabis Associate, Cannabis Compliance Specialist and Medical Cannab
