Radio broadcasting giant Cumulus Media will remain in its Midtown building following its recent $10.5 million sale of the property.

According to a release, and as part of the transaction (read here ), Cumulus signed a full-building lease at the closing of the sale, “reaffirming its commitment to the site for the foreseeable future.”

Terms of the lease were not disclosed in the release.

The just-sold 1.13-acre property offers an address of 10 Music Circle E.

In addition, the release notes that OakPoint Real Estate is part of the new ownership group, having joined Austin-headquartered Endeavor Real Estate Group in the recent acquisition. Endeavor owns the downtown mixed-use tower home to Whole Foods and various other Gulch properties.
