King, Skagit, and Snohomish counties are expected to be impacted by historic flooding on Thursday as more than 20 rivers have reached either Flood Phase 3 or 4. In response to the extreme weather, several schools and educational establishments will be closed.

The Muckleshoot Tribal School and schools within the Riverview, Skykomish, and Snoqualmie Valley School Districts will be closed Thursday. The Skykomish School District has already announced its campuses will be closed Friday as well.
