Baltimore police are investigating a shooting Thursday afternoon that left a man seriously injured in Southwest Baltimore.
Officers said they responded to the 300 block of North Arlington Avenue just before 2 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, police found a 36-year-old man with gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital in serious condition.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the shooting occurred near the intersection of North Arlington Avenue and Mulberry Street.
