Marcus Rashford has admitted he only ever wanted to play for Manchester United as a child, but is now appreciative of the new experiences Barcelona is bringing him. Rashford joined Barca on a season-long loan in July after falling out of favour with Ruben Amorim at United and is enjoying life at a new club.

The England striker was placed in the ‘bomb squad’ at United alongside fellow unwanted players Antony, Jadon Sancho, Tyrell Malacia and Alejandro Garnacho. He was the first player to secure a move elsewhere, landing on his feet at Barca, the club he had angled for all summer.
