Grand Canyon University will recognize thousands of its graduating students this week at its annual winter commencement ceremonies.

GCU, one of the largest Christian universities in the country, enrolls more than 133,000 students in total. The majority of that student body are online students, with roughly 25,000 studying at the West Phoenix campus, which saw a roughly 10% jump in enrollment this school year, according to university officials .
