WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The family of a 16-year-old student who died in a stabbing at North Forsyth High School said Thursday they plan to seek legal counsel after Forsyth County District Attorney Jim O’Neill announced no charges would be filed against the surviving 18-year-old student.
Investigators said Cameron Graham died Tuesday after a struggle with the older student over a THC vape pen in a school bathroom. Investigators said Graham brought a three-inch knife, and the 18-year-old sustained defensive wounds while trying to wrestle the knife away and later attempted to save Graham’s life.
