SAN ANTONIO — A soup that has been distributed to Texas H-E-B stores is now being recalled for containing "undeclared milk," the company states.
The recall comes after Bakkavor USA issued an alert for the "16-ounce Meal Simple brand Red Lentil Dal Soup, BEST BY 1/11/2026" as it reportedly contains undeclared milk.

"People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product," H-E-B says.
The soup product was distributed from Nov. 3 to Dec. 8 and made available to purchase at H-E-B stores located across Texas.
