A date for the second conference hearing in the NAACP’s lawsuit against 14 people, most of whom are former executive members of the embattled Boulder County branch, is set for Feb. 18 2026.
The national NAACP is suing 13 former executives of the local branch in Sheila Davis, John Howell, Velveta Golightly-Howell, Judy Huston, Annett James, Gabriela Kioupakis, Judith Landsman, Louisa Matthias, Darren O’Connor, Lawrence Pevec, Veronica Sommers, Glenda Strong-Robinson and Madelyn Woodley. An unnamed attorney is also being sued.
