Three Cape Cod residents have been indicted on human trafficking-related charges in separate cases within the past week, the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.
On Dec. 5, a Barnstable County Superior Court grand jury indicted 20-year-old Brewster resident Luca Aguilar on six charges, including child rape, trafficking a person under 18 for sexual servitude and posing or exhibiting a child engaged in a sexual act, according to court records.
That same day, a grand jury indicted 38-year-old Sandwich resident Rina Altany Hernandez Alcantara on a single charge of trafficking a person for sexual servitude in the same court, court records show.
Finally, on Wednesday, a grand jury in the same court indicted 24-year-old Falmouth resident Ionut Andrei Stamatin on four
