SHREVEPORT, La. – It was another successful KTBS 3 Minute Smile toy run Thursday at the Shreve City Walmart.

After warming up with KTBS 3’s Alex Anderson and Brenda Teele, Joe'l Melton, 9, made a mad dash for merchandise thanks to the generous sponsorship of Pioneer Comfort Systems . His grand total was ____________.

Joe’l who is a third grader at Central Park Elementary in Bossier City and is the eighth winner of the wildly popular contest which is one of the highlights if the KTBS 3 Spirit of Christmas campaign.

Parents of other local children can still register for next week's final three runs. Children between the ages of 7 and 11 are eligible to participate. Click here to get signed up.
