Delhi woke up again to a thick layer of smog, with Delhi's AQI hovering over 300 on the Air Quality Index on Thursday morning under "very poor" category. After a long nine-day wait, city's AQI had slipped under "poor" category on Tuesday, but it is again back on the "very poor" category, while on Wednesday, there were strong winds that dispersed the pollutants.
