15-year-old charged in Concord Tree Lighting shooting after hospital release

A 15-year-old teenager has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon and inciting a riot in connection to a shooting at the Concord Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony in November that left two 17-year-old victims injured.
