A doctor on vacation in Orlando was waiting to ride Stardust Racers at Epic Universe when she heard screaming.

That's when she saw 32-year-old Kevin Rodriguez Zavala unconscious in the ride's seat next to his girlfriend, who was covered in blood.

This comes from the just-released "final report" from the Orange County Sheriff's Office, which concluded no criminal acts occurred in Zavala's Sept. 17 death .

The report says the doctor described Zavala as being "completely slouched over with blood surrounding him."

She noted that the ride staff "appeared to have been frozen," so she proceeded to jump over the fence and ran around the ride to get closer to Zavala.
