The man accused of killing conservative political activist Charlie Kirk has made his first in-person court appearance.
Tyler Robinson appeared in a Utah court on on Thursday, December 11, and has been charged with aggravated murder for the fatal September 10 shooting of Kirk .
Other charges include felony use of a firearm, obstruction of justice, witness tampering and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.
Kirk was shot in the neck by while he was speaking at Utah Valley University.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
