This year has been a busy one for law enforcement in Cincinnati, with stories of gun violence and the challenges that come with preventing crime at the center of the headlines.
On Thursday, interim Cincinnati police chief Adam Hennie and collaborative agreement sustainability consultant Iris Roley spoke with WLWT’s Courtis Fuller, discussing the issue. Advertisement
“We have this opportunity now, where it’s not just the police, and we’ve been working on that for decades now,” Hennie said. “A lot of times when these high-profile incidents occur, it’s what are the police doing? What are we going to do about that? We’re just one lever on the machine, now.”
