A year into our relationship, 10 minutes of missionary is the highlight of my week

Welcome to How I Do It , the series in which we give you a seven-day sneak peek into the sex life of a stranger.

This week we hear from construction communications manager, Harry*, 29, who met his girlfriend Angie*, 28, on Hinge a year ago.

They both own their own flats, and although they plan to move in together soon, for now they’re enjoying their independence – and still managing to have sex four times a week on average.

‘We have a really healthy and relaxed sex life because we’ve built good levels of trust and communication,’ Harry tells Metro . ‘It’s also fun, because we’re both confident enough to say what we like.’

Most of their sex is spontaneous, although they’ve made an effort to have a long-standing date night on Wednesdays to give them something to look forward
