The 22-year-old man was pictured in a light blue shirt and a striped tie while appearing at a hearing on Thursday (December 11) in Provo, Utah.
The hearing covered issues like public accessibility to the case and details about transparency with the public.
Charlie ‘s widow Erika Kirk has urged the court to put cameras in the courtroom and make it a public trial to keep everything transparent with the public.
There previously was a hearing in October that was closed to the public and there was a discussion of what should be released.
