JAMMU, Dec 12:Lieutenent Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha nominated Nodal officer for Implementation of the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 in J&K.
