Jhansi, dec 11: A Sub-Inspector and two Constables, including a woman posted at Kakarbai police station in Jhansi district, along with a few unidentified persons, have been booked on the order of the special Pocso court judge, Mohd Niyaz Ahmad Ansari for third-degree torture of a Pocso accused in police custody.

As per the details, S-I Ashok Kumar, constable Akash Singh, and constable Priti Vishwkarma have been booked under section 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt) and 117(2) (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) BNS at Nawabad police station.
