BATAVIA — Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corp. directors on Thursday approved a 2026 operating plan that projects $10.3 million in distributions to the public benefit company’s 17 member municipalities, which would signify a $300,000 increase over this year’s allocations.

The $10.3 million figure is a substantial jump from the $7.8 million that was penciled in as part of WROTB’s 2025 operating plan.
