Delaware neighbors recall quiet life of potential UD police attacker

Neighbors of a 25-year-old man who police reported as planning a potential attack at the University of Delaware said Luqmaan S. Khan pretty much kept to himself.

At first, Khan was a clean-cut University of Delaware student, friendly enough to wave as he came in and out of his rowhome in Wilmington's Hedgeville neighborhood. Even though he kept to himself, one neighbor said Khan – who barbered from his home – was friendly when cutting her autistic son's hair.
