EVANSVILLE — Advantix, a nonprofit that manages Evansville Housing Authority properties, filed 44 eviction notices in local court in November, citing "nonpayment of rent."

Residents at one of the properties − White Oak Manor on the West Side − told the Courier & Press that lax enforcement and communication issues contributed to payment problems.
