Special to The Desert Sun
The 13th annual Día de los Muertos celebration, held at the Coachella Valley History Museum Nov. 7, unfolded as a magical evening under the stars with desert breezes and temperatures in the low 70s as the board of directors enthusiastically welcomed guests to this night filled with color, love and remembrance.
This special holiday honors the lives of those who have died, celebrating their memory through art, music, culture and community, all while supporting the Coachella Valley History Museum’s mission to preserve, share and interpret the rich history of the Coachella Valley.
