A pub group is seeking new tenants to operate a town centre venue.
Star Pubs, which is a subsidiary of Heineken, is on the hunt for a new operator for The Gainsborough in King Street, Sudbury.
The establishment is described as a "lively and popular market town pub" with a spacious main trading area able to fit 60-70 covers.
There is a kitchen inside the pub, allowing the next operator the chance to offer food.
"Private accommodation consists of three bedrooms (including an en-suite to the master), kitchen, bathroom, office and living room," the listing adds.
"In line with our ready to trade promise, we will ensure the private living accommodation is brought up to a good standard so that you can focus on getting your business right."
