Older people in Suffolk are being supported to stay warm and well during the colder months.

Funding totalling nearly £40,000 has been awarded through this year’s Surviving Winter campaign, run by the Suffolk Community Foundation to help reduce fuel poverty and isolation among older residents.

The money has been distributed to 16 charities and voluntary groups delivering practical support, including warm meals, safe heated spaces, and energy advice.
