A house in Longport that sold for $4.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Atlantic County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 21 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $644,867. The average price per square foot was $380.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $369K, single-family home at 135 Walkers Forge Road

The sale of the detached house at 135 Walkers Forge Road in Mays Landing has been finalized. The price was $369,000. It was built in 2000 and has a living area of 1,536 square feet. The price per square foot was $240. The deal was finalized on Nov. 6.
